Pets, Paws, & Beyond offers you a free consultation before you make a commitment. During this in-home visit you may review services and credentials, become acquainted, and feel confident that your pet and home are in good hands. You will meet with your pet sitter in your home during a free 30-minute consultation and give instructions on your pet’s care -- feeding time, medications, walking or play time that your pet especially enjoys, and any other instructions unique to your pet. This time also gives you the opportunity to see how you, your pet, and pet sitter interact.

The pet sitter provides a copy of the bond and insurance certificates, references, and Services and Invoice form, and reviews the fees for the services you require. You and your pet sitter review the policy and procedures and sign a contract for the dates of service.

A few days prior to the start of the pet or home sitting, you will receive a phone call confirming your service.

You provide payment to the pet sitter prior to or at the first day of service. All checks should be payable to Pets, Paws, & Beyond, LLC. Tips may be provided directly to your pet sitter.
